Wat je er eerder zo even bij deed, voelt nu als een hele opgave\/dagtaak. De lijst met to-do\u2019s wordt alleen maar langer. Doodmoe ga je naar bed en nog steeds moe wordt je wakker. Vol goede moed begin jij aan de dag, maar de energie ontbreekt je en\u00a0 de dag verloopt niet positief. Jij voelt je vervelend in situaties die op zich helemaal niet vervelend zijn en je reageert heftiger dan \u201cnormaal\u201d. Je zit in een negatieve spiraal en ervaart meer stress en negatieve gedachtes. Je krijgt last van fysieke pijntjes of zelfs klachten. Jij bent uit balans.
